We are excited to announce that we have recently acquired La Serigrafia Pat20, one of the most historical screen printing companies in Italy. Founded in 1984 by an Italian couple in a small town near Bologna, the company has a wealth of experience and expertise in the industry.
Over the past 30 years, La Serigrafia Pat20 has worked with some of the biggest and most respected brands in the fashion industry, including Dsquared, MSGM, Alberta Ferretti, and AMK. Their innovative approach and passion for the private label industry have made them a go-to choice for many companies looking to expand into new business categories.
In the 90s, La Serigrafia Pat20 entered the merchandise industry, creating products for some of the largest and most innovative hospitality and entertainment brands. However, by the early 2000s, the company was dissolved.
But in January 2022, we stumbled upon the original founder of the company (now in his 60s) and were immediately struck by the rich history and knowledge that he and his company possessed. We knew that we had to be a part of it and thus decided to partner with him and help "remove some dust from the shelves" by building our own vertical integrated merchandise company while maintaining all the traditions and ethics of the company founded in 1984.
We are thrilled to have La Serigrafia Pat20 on board and look forward to working with them to create new and exciting products for our customers. Stay tuned for updates on our upcoming projects and collections!
‘’ …. me and my (ex) wife were just starting out in 1982, working out of her parents' garage to set up our first location. It was a dream come true when we heard that an older gentleman was selling his screen printing business and with some savings and help from our family we managed to make it ours. At the time, it didn't have a name, but our friend Patrizia was turning 20 and we made some t-shirts with Pat20 on them. People started calling us that and the name stuck.
It wasn't always easy, we went through tough times, faced failures and even lost some team members who left the country. But through it all, I will never forget the moments when our clients would open their orders and try on the t-shirts we made for them, seeing the joy and satisfaction on their faces. It's those moments that made me say yes to W0WX2 when they approached me about partnering and bringing new life to our beloved company. It's the passion and tradition that we want to continue and honor.”
