We Acquired One of Italy’s Most Historic Screen-Printing Houses
We are proud to announce the acquisition of La Serigrafia Pat20, one of Italy’s most storied and respected screen-printing companies.
Founded in 1984 by a young Italian couple in a small town outside Bologna, La Serigrafia Pat20 quickly became known for its craftsmanship, innovation, and deep expertise in textile printing.
Over more than three decades, La Serigrafia Pat20 collaborated with some of the most iconic names in fashion — including Dsquared, MSGM, Alberta Ferretti, and AMK. Their mastery of printmaking and their pioneering approach to private-label production made them a trusted partner for brands seeking to expand into new product categories.
By the 1990s, the company entered the merchandise world as well, producing pieces for major hospitality and entertainment groups across Italy. But in the early 2000s, following internal changes and industry shifts, the company was dissolved.
Everything changed in January 2022, when we met the original founder — now in his sixties — and were immediately captivated by the history, knowledge, and craftsmanship he still carried with him. We saw a legacy worth preserving, a culture of quality that deserved a new future.
So we decided to revive it.
Together with the founder, we set out to “dust off the shelves” and rebuild what Pat20 had once represented. The result is our own vertically integrated merchandise platform, built with modern creativity and technology while honoring the ethics, traditions, and artisanal spirit established in 1984.
Today, La Serigrafia Pat20 is part of our family — and its heritage is part of our promise: to create products with soul, precision, and enduring value.

“My wife and I were just starting out in 1982. We worked out of her parents’ garage while we looked for our first proper space. It felt like fate when we heard that an older gentleman was selling his screen-printing workshop. With some savings and a little help from our families, we managed to buy it.
Back then, the business didn’t have a name. Our friend Patrizia was turning 20, so we printed a few shirts with ‘Pat20’ on them. People started referring to us as Pat20 — and the name stayed.
It wasn’t always easy. We faced hard years, failures, and even lost team members who moved abroad. But I will never forget the moments when clients opened their orders and tried on the shirts we made. The happiness on their faces — that made it all worth it.
That same feeling is why I said yes to WOW when they approached me. I saw the passion, the respect for the craft, and the desire to give new life to what we built. Together, we want to continue the tradition — and honor it.”
